How To Check If You Have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)?

Do you like to clean the surface of a table until you are literally able to see your face’s reflection in it? Do you rub the floor until there’s not even the memory of a stain? Do you always keep all of your drawers closed? More importantly, do open drawers irritate you, pretty much like this dog?

If your answer is yes, then many people would say that you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It isn’t just those other people, though, sometimes your inner self also thinks that you may suffer from this disorder. You start to find tics in your behaviors, or small habits that you begin to suspect may have an OCD origin.

Well, I’m here with some good news.  There is a very good chance that you do not have this disorder. This is one of the most misunderstood disorders of all the mental afflictions out there, so just because you wash your hands every 20 minutes does not mean that you have OCD.

Watch this video, and in less than 5 minutes, don’t be surprised to realize that you don’t actually suffer from this disorder. Some people struggle with personality tics and develop certain habits, but it doesn’t mean that you need to worry about OCD!
